Privacy policy
This policy covers this website. The application, which customers run in their own installation, is covered by the agreement with that customer.
1. Who is responsible
Social Health Hub, Lohmühlenstraße 65, 12435 Berlin, Germany
E-mail: contact@socialhealthhub.eu
⟨Legal form, representatives and register details follow once the company is registered.⟩
2. What we process when you use the form
- your name,
- your company, if you give it,
- your e-mail address,
- whether you want product news,
- the language of the page and the time your request arrived.
Nothing else. Your IP address is not stored with your request.
3. Why, and on what basis
Answering your request. We use your details to reply and to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before a contract) and, where no contract is being prepared, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our interest in answering enquiries).
Product news. Only if you tick the second box. The legal basis is your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to the address above; what happened before the withdrawal stays lawful.
4. How long
We delete enquiries once they are settled, at the latest twelve months after the last contact. News details stay until you withdraw. Statutory retention duties are unaffected.
5. Who receives the data
Outside Social Health Hub, only service providers who work for us and are bound by our instructions receive your data (processors under Art. 28 GDPR):
- our hosting provider, which runs the server this site is served from. The server stands in Germany.
- our e-mail service provider Brevo (Brevo SAS, France), which delivers the notification about your request to us. That notification contains neither your name nor your full e-mail address. The processing takes place in the EU.
- the provider of the mailboxes that hold your request and our reply.
We transfer nothing to third countries and sell nothing on.
6. Server logs
The web server keeps no access log. Your visit is not stored: no IP address, no time, no address requested, no browser identification.
If a technical error occurs, the server's system journal can record a message that contains an IP address. This serves operation and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Those entries are deleted after seven days and are never joined with what the form stores.
7. What this site does not do
- No cookies, no local storage.
- No analytics, no counting pixels, no tracking.
- Nothing loaded from other servers: fonts, images and scripts are served by this site.
- No advertising networks, no social media buttons.
The product demo on the page shows invented data and sends nothing.
One exception is the appointment link: "Book a call" leads to Calendly, a service of Calendly LLC. Only when you follow it do you leave this site, and Calendly then receives your data, including your IP address and whatever you enter there. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to that. Nothing is sent to Calendly unless you follow the link.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). An e-mail to contact@socialhealthhub.eu is enough.
You may also complain to a supervisory authority; for us that is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
9. Status
This policy applies from the day this site is published. If the site changes, the policy changes with it.
