LinkedInWe run psychological risk assessments for companies: data safe, legally compliant, scientifically grounded.

Every employer in Germany must assess psychological strain at work, document the result and the measures, and review whether they worked. (§ 5 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act)
Social Health Hub does it for you.
We agree the teams, the schedule and the internal communication together.
We run the survey and chase the responses. Anonymous, about ten minutes per person.
You get the results, the documentation and the recommendations, and we talk them through in a results workshop.
Real screens, invented data. You can click through them.
The teams are set up and the people entered. Names and addresses stay in HR's browser.
| Team | People | State |
|---|---|---|
| Sales | 6 | Ready |
| Finance | 4 | Too small to report on its own |
| Operations | 12 | Ready |
| Customer care | 8 | Ready |
| Product | 9 | Ready |

Every employer in Germany, from the first employee. We work with companies of 11 employees and up.
Yes. The assessment follows the kind of work, not the industry.
The law sets no fixed interval. It is updated when the work changes and reviewed regularly. Many companies repeat it once a year.
Health insurers advise in general terms. We run the assessment: the questionnaire, the survey, the results per team, documentation that stands up to an inspection, and a joint results workshop. At the end the document an inspection asks for is on the table.
The assessment is subject to co-determination (§ 87 BetrVG). The method is built for it: results only per team, never per person.
In the EU. Each installation belongs to exactly one customer. Answers cannot be traced to a person, not even by us.

LinkedInAs a physician and researcher, among others at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, I know this: good data about the health of teams is valuable, but costly to collect. So we take that on and accompany you personally, so that a legal duty turns into real insight for healthy teams.
We come back personally with an offer for your company.
